This fixture prevents moisture and dirt from compromising the housing and damaging interior wires and components inside the fixture. There are 3 mounting options: suspended, surface and continuous. (see Installation Manual) It is weatherproof with IP65 rated and ENERGY STAR rated for all year round savings. Ideal applications: car port, pool deck, under a deck, sun room, breezeway to garage, laundry room, storage room, greenhouse or plant nursery.- High impact resistant acrylic prismatic lenses attached with stainless steel clips, enhancing the airtight seal
